Description
This is one of paintings I'm doing for gift for someone. Acrylic on canvas board with paint marker 9x12. I hope they aren't looking
The scanner is cruding out so some of the color gets washed. It gives a nice ambient yellow light color to left hand side but takes away from the actual look of picture.

HELL YEAH! Scuse the excitement, but it's been a while since i've seen a super-cool piece of the fett-man. And this is! Oh yes, brilliantly edgy, I like how you've taken a different approach to colouring him minus the smooth textures often used, you know how to use those acrylics

I like the look of this! The acrylic gives it a look that appears as a cross between crayon and christmas ornament. Very nicely done!

Thanks! I love using acrylic because they dry so fast. I wanted one of those sketchcard looks to the piece with an abstract background that wouldn't distract from what is going on in foreground. A lot of drybrush and finger smudging going on with this one. I think I had more paint on my hands and fingers than the canvas itself! My scanner is a little decieving though and it makes the picture look a tad bit different in color on the right side. Thanks again for the comments!

Thanks so much. I wanted it to be cheerful looking with the colors to contrast such a dark mysterious character. I always thought that it was so strange that with all the mystery and unknown about Boba Fett that his costume was so colorful. The red,yellow,green,grey,blue,white,orange,brown while the mysterious stormtroopers wore only plain white uniforms and then you have Darth Vader in that solid black armor. It was not until much later that I found out that originally he was to wear a white uniform. I think his colors reflect something about his personality that makes him one of my favorite characters.

Oh, good way to put it
I've always thought the multi colored armor was strange for such a dark intimidating hunter too. But it shows he has an individualism from the clones I suppose.
