Description
The bright red color of these berries attracted my attention as I drove by. I pulled along the side of the road and trekked through 2 feet of snow to get to them. Used Tiffen +7 macro filter to zoom in.Related content

I love the color on the berries. But the careful way the snow has fallen on them is what really grabs my attention. It's not enough to rule out the red color, but enough to really stand out. Great shot!

thanks! i thnk the contrast is what caught my eye. it was overcast and grey outside today but that helped to make the subtle colors of winter stand out. :0)
