OMG I REALLY LOVE HOW THIS CAME OUT!! sorry Iam not the best at skirts and frills and such, but I didn't do to bad lol

of course the pose is based off of [link] and for some reason this song [link] For some odd reason Jessie remindes me of Amanda Bynes IDK why lol anyway

and of course the dress [link] told ya'll I would draw it

it was gonna happen sooner or later, I think every BuzzXJessie fanatic has to draw them dancing LOL

of course for people who wonder what it looks like when I sketch the body, I left the sketch, such as the legs, arms, you can see the joins I draw lol, also I left them cause in photo shop I need to draw her boots lol, she couldn't fit on the whole page lol
