Lyra and Jean must've changed the color of their hairs. Cause I recall one had red hair and the other had blonde hair. They look like they changed it to brown.

I, uhh...changed it. Since Catherine's hair becomes brown when not using magic, I decided Jean's hair should also do the same only becoming blonde when using magic.
