Summary: Danny is terrified of ever becoming anything like Dan- his worst nightmare. Many times he has woken up screaming. But here is his problem. It is Inevitable. Or is it? Danny is destined to look exactly like Dan (except for green eyes). And he will destroy himself, taking the only protection the world has and in turn destroying it too.
But Clockwork isn't going to let that happen. Soon after Danny has defeated Dan he will be taught a lesson. Clockwork will transform him into the image of his future. It will be utter torture for Danny. Who knows what he will do, and how can he hide this terrible secret from those he holds dearest? Can he accept himself? Can Sam, Tucker, Jazz, and maybe even his parents accept him? Or will he turn to the final option? Is the future set in stone?

I like this fanfic so much!!!! And idea of Danny's future ghost self looking like Dan is very interesting...This can be right. After all Dan is Danny's future (with Plasmius part) So maybe some "parts" of Dan won't be in Danny (like fangs and red eyes, green-blue skin). So it's not Dan in the picture...It's Danny in his "new" ghost form...I think it's happen in 3rd chapter...Moment of despair...Pure angst
