Hmm, the last two days have been nice here now. Quite lovely. I helped out at our university "show off" day yesterday for admitted, possible freshman and even got a sunburn.

I'm not sure. They remind me of tulips or dogwoood blossoms. Perhaps they are some kind of tulip.

So beautiful! We still have snow on the ground here. Although less than most years. No flowers until sometime next month. No leaves until May. Still, the sun is higher, the air warmer and still it is nicer to spend time outside with less layers. :grin:

Snow is usually gone sometime in April. But don't let that fool you, a good snowfall can still happen (rather large actually). The leaves are finally out in May. The leaves start to turn in August, peak is in late September, early October. It starts to cool down in late August, September but still there are some hot days. Snow can be seen in September. Snow on the ground from November/December to March/April. Yeah, short. lol
