I'm not in the slightest embarrassed to say this scene made me cry like a little bitch BOTH times I've watched "Repo"
It's just so fucking beautiful
All the film critics who hated Repo clearly didn't wait till this scene before they walked out of the theatre in a huff
It's their loss they didn't get to enjoy one of the most moving stories ever put on the silver screen

This scene was one of my favourite's in the movie, too.
I loved the two songs in this scene the most out of all the songs in the movie. Genetic Emancipation always makes me tear up.
It was definitely one of the best plots I've seen. I adore the movie so much~

I showed Repo to my mom (who hates horror movies, mind you) and she cried too during this scene. We literally had to pause the movie so we could get a box of tissues. I think I replayed the scene 4 or 5 times, I just didn't want the song to end. Sure I was bawling my eyes, but I was smiling ear to ear at the exact same time. I don't know why, I guess the poignant, genuine love between Shiloh and Nathan felt so true to life to me, it made me want to hug MY mom and be glad that we still had each other. Really it made me appreciate how fragile yet beautiful life is
Damn, when I think about the worthless shit film critics hold in such high esteem, I'm happy not to be mainstream
Anyone who'd instantly write off a story just because of it's genre clearly isn't someone I want recommending movies to me

Naww, that's sweet.
I agree. I'm doing film studies in college at the moment and I find myself disagreeing with the critics all the time. It bugs me when they write off movies so quickly.

I know it's old hat, but "don't judge a book by it's cover" is still pretty good advice when it comes to actual books (and movies, and television, and music, etc)

u shouldnt worry about ur drawing skills too much... one improves that automatically while drawing with some time.
what u need some kind of "feeling" for is the atmosphere, and i really like that in some of ur pictures
(not saying its a bad drawing, dont get me wrong xD just that ur talented even if ure not satisfied with a drawing)

I know. I'm terrible at faces. Its something that I'm trying to improve on. Hopefully with more practise I'll get better.
