C'mon, we all know Charon would gladly defect to the ranks of the Heartless as long as he was promised money.
So, I've had a design for a Heartless version of Charon floating around for years. A few folks might have seen the occasional sketch, but this one's the first rendition that I've actually been happy with. I know everyone's probably rolling their eyes at yet another inclusion of Rotom, but the puppeteer/split-bodied idea just wasn't leaving me alone.

I actually think the inclusion of Rotom makes him look more heartless-like, seeing as how some of their designs incorporate two bodies as being part of the same creature. Looks good
