Regrettably, old constructions that had asbestos in their materials are being banned to inhabit; breathing the loose strands that fall from walls and ceilings causes a pulmonar terminal disease, called asbestosis.

Yeah, I know it's a cool material, but if there is a chance of people getting seriously ill, we might have to find something else...
There's been alot of other materials that has been replaced through the years, like the lead in pencils has been replaced so it won't poison people anymore. Trail and error.
