This is Gramma Terror, the oldest member of the Terror family, the mother of Angus Terror, the grandmother of Timothy, Eliza and Baby Terror and the boss of Fear Family!!!

Persona: Gramma Terror is a loving old wendigo, who is often tired most of the time. She loves her son Angus as well as her three grandchildren. But if there is anything she hates, it's being woken up from her naptime, in which point she transforms into a bulk angry version of herself. Though she is mute, she makes angry roaring and grunting sounds when she is in her boss form, similar to that of an angered male deer.

In-Game: Gramma Terror isn't seen until the transition from Zone 1 to Zone 2, where she is seen asleep in her bedroom. But later once the player has retrieved the ring piece, Malak tells Timothy to "wake Grandma", in which point he does so. Timothy is seen running away screaming as Gramma Terror is transformed into her boss form after being woken. Gramma then confronts to player in the boss fight, smashing through the doorway as she makes her entrance. Gramma's attacks involve ground pounds, throwing heavy furniture and even crushing the player with her hands if she's close enough to them. The player must untie four ropes in the room in order to defeat her, which they do by going up to a rope and pressing F, while at the same time, Gramma attacks them. Once all four ropes are untied, a chandelier falls ontop of Gramma Terror, knocking her unconscious.
But that isn't the end of her. Gramma Terror then pursues the player again accompanied by Malak in the escape sequence, smashing through doors like Hangry does and also throwing heavy furniture in the player's way to stop them from getting to the portal.
