Because this gallery needs more sick relationships between a sadomasochistic scientist psycho and his traumatized punker therapist. And before you are going to say: "OMG, the guy in the lab coat will be raping the poor other one and then they will have super kawaii yaoi sex?! SUGOIII!"....
No, Loui (the right guy) won't stick a test tube into his therapist's ass. That phrase is just one of his many not really funny jokes. But as you can see Nikolai (the left guy, therapist) still gets very annoyed XD
But you'd never know... ehem.
Btw: the blood in the background is actually some sort of pink... it symbolizes that they are a bloody cute couple, they're best friends for eva...

I did a manga on the storyline many years ago. I wasn't happy with the beginning of it and my drawing skills were terrible. I am planning to redo it since a long time now but never got started on actually doing it. And that's my problem... I am a perfectionist and never happy with what I have done and some weeks or days later I will hate it and throw it into the bin. I also have very low self confidence and always think that whatever I do it will end up bad and that I am not good enough to manage to do more than 20 pages. And I am a lazy procastinator. (not the best conditions to do a comic/manga)
But in my heart I really feel I have to do it one day- hopefully in the near future when I am finally content with my work ^^ Until then I will develop the story, write tons of notes, draw some concepts and scenes from it until I believe I can start bringing my visions to "life".

Ich fΓΌrchte bei Dr. Loui ist alles so gut wie verloren. Eine Therapie wΓΌrde es vermutlich noch schlimmer machen und der Therapeut (Nikolai) ist auch schon am Ende seines Lateins und seiner Nerven

Anyway, I love the relationship these guys have going. Loui's all like "test-tube to the ass, amiright?" And Nicolai is just like, "this fucking guy..."

Loui has a very obscure sense of humour and he likes to make jokes about sexual perversion... okay he's a pervert XD (although he would never harm Nico in any way...)
Like you said Nicolai is definitely not amused and a poor victim to Loui's troll attacks. Now I just wonder how Wolfe would react to Loui's sex jokes XD

Their relationship is a bit complicated XD Loui has killed everyone in the asylum who was working on the day of his breakout. He only has left Nicolai alive to show a little thank you... as Nicolai was the only one who thought that Loui's treatment by the other doctors was unfair and wrong. But Nicolai couldn't rescue Loui because he was afraid of loosing his job. And even when Loui begged Nicolai to kill him and end his torture he didn't do so. So Loui still punished his therapist in forcing him to watch his colleagues dying.
In the beginning Loui seeks to completely destroy Nicolai mentally but after some time he realizes how much Nicolai means to him and that he doesn't want to hurt a person he loves anymore (like he did with his wife). And Nicolai stays with Loui because he feels terribly guilty. He thinks he could have stopped him becoming the mad scientist he is now.
Loui would find a good reason to do anything XD "I want to see what happens when we insert a test tube in a cyberman's ass. We had not the chance to prove it yet as you are the first of your kind. And I would want to see what happens <3" Poor Wolfe would have a hard time with Loui.
Hm... Maybe Wolfe's humour is some sort of black humour just without noticing that he and his words could be funny? XD

Oooh how interesting! I always knew they had a strange and twisted past but didn't know it was also loving. Kind of cute!
Frankly I don't even know if Wolfe has an ass. He has dispensed with pretty much everything that is not absolutely necessary to the continuation of his scientific discoveries.

There would be another scientist guy who was a doctor working as neurologist in the same asylum as Nicolai. And that guy would find Wolfe very intersting, because he is so obsessed with robots and machines. Loui isn't fascinated by such things because of this guy XD So he would really enjoy going on Wolfe's nerves.
