Description In this dream of dreams
I held my heart,
And promised to never let it fade,
Saw beyond the horizons hope..
Walked upon fear\'s grave.

In this heart of hearts
I had one wish,
And cherished it above all else,
Closed my eyes when this wish faded..
And took along with it,
Myself.

My promise still remains intact,
I hold my heart within my hands,
It\'s lighter than it used to be..
For now I\'ve lost a part of
Me.

I like the ending stanza, particularly the ending lines; the one that describes the heart being lighter because a part of it was lost.
