Description
So many worthy victims from Psycho Pass, but I had to make Kagari Shuusei my first. His seiyuu is Ishida Akira after all. Vector of the bg from the official site for Kagari's character page.Anyways this took far too long to complete thanks to work. And long shifts and well tiredness. Almost didn't finish it to be honest.

hmmm not too sure. I started him on November 11th. Free time was limited and I couldn't stay up later than 9pm. And then there's the file dimensions, and my obsession with making things huge. If it was smaller I'd finish it quicker. But defiantly more than 12 hrs.
