Description

This character is part of a original story I'm creating known as The Bananda Profile (BP). BP will be a superhero universe surrounding the story of teenagers who take on "Guises" with the use of enhanced suits and technology to help fend their planet from the dangers of the universe. Together they for a superhero team known as "The Bananda Profile," and have to balance normal life with the live of a vigilante.

Name: Artzia (Arty) Selaphana
Guise: The Kinetic
Power: Increased flight speed and increase strength through kinetic energy
Origin Story: Through Sovereign Carrot she dawns her fathers alter ego The Kinetic and powers through a body enhancing suit that he once wore. After her father and mothers death she is drawn to take over the responsibility to get one step closer to him and their killers.
Tragic Flaw: She is stubborn, hot headed, and is often times quick to make hasty decisions
Gender & Physical Appearance: Female, 5’2, 15 years old, red long hair. She is fit and agile since she plays sports.
Superhero Personality: Aggressive, Intuitive, and confident. She is the first to action before she thinks therefore she’s a bit dimwitted
Alter Ego Personality: Warm hearted, friendly, adaptable and dense
Weakness: Due to the trauma of losing her father and mother she is afraid to lose others no matter who they are. She can be easily angered by her opponents or partners because of her stubbornness

A/N: SO I've been trying to put this together and most of all figure out how to slowly present my OC's. I wonder how other people do it? I really want to start making my OC's more prevalent in my gallery. I've been actively trying to write things for this storyline but I have no idea how to plan or script a comic without it being an agonizing experience.

I think if you want people to become interested in your OCs, you should just post whatever you draw of them. Don't worry about setting up profiles like the one here, especially if you plan to make a comic or other story-based project about them. Everything you listed in the profile would be much more interesting to discover as part of a story rather than having it stated flat out. "Show, don't tell" applies on the meta-level too, not just to individual stories xP

So, just make art of your characters and share it.Β  Maybe mention who they are and what project they're from, but that's really all the textual info you need. Solo "character just standing there" pieces like this are great for conveying your designs, and illustrations with the characters interacting in-character are great for hinting at their personalities and relationships. Let your art do the talking. It'll be good practice for a comic, too. Comics can have text, but that doesn't mean they have to rely on text to convey all the information.

Thanks a lot for the suggestions, it helps so much.
I do need to draw more of my characters interacting and doing things.
I'm so happy you took time to reply to my actual question!
So much food for thought, thanks again!
