This guy is pretty tall and he always cheeks Takeo about it. As his rival, he just can't let go of it since he is a bit stupid. William gets along with anyone and does his job as Guardian and Keeper as it should be done.
He is the kind of guy that fits everywhere, be it in a dump or high class society.
Before having his tutor, he was on a pirate trans-dimensional ship. Strangely enough, he even learned ninja techniques from Okita, when pirates normally hate those guys, thinking they have no honor and aways do blows under the belt.
