This is fucking gorgeous. Your art style is so pretty, and the coloring of it all is very unique and totally captures the feeling of it all, I think.
You really portrayed their relationship in such an awesome, tragic, and beautiful way--like, it doesn't have to be "romantic" in the way everyone wants it to be. It can be platonic, one of non-romantic love, one of trust, bond, etc. It can be soft, loving, comfortable, or harsh, macabre, sexy. Whatever. But somehow you rolled all of that up into one picture that just strikes as heart-wrenching--just like the whole series. So many different things, but just that in the end. Like, despite all the bad things, there was still something good hidden in the midst.
