A beautiful work, love the colours, the whispering and hair effect-The hair is astonishing, the dress with the sparkling dots that seems the universe, the way you project the light is wonderful...it immediately captured my attention and my eyes wanting to spend more time looking at it...
...the only thing I dislike is the necklace, I believe because makes the eyes to go there when the whole is so beautiful. While the rest of the painting is fading, the necklace seems to me to have too much volume which makes the eyes to go there. The enphasis should not go there...should go to the hair, to the face and body of the women, to the dress with great details...

This work is...how can I put this...stunning. The hair is amazing, the makeup is realistic in terms of where it should be blended out, the face has amazing anatomy. There are a few things I would like to address in this, but it is otherwise great!
There is a bit too much going on, but in this piece (especially in the necklace area), that could be either a good or a bad thing. The skin in the facial area should be blended slightly better, I personally recommend the Gaussian Blur tool for that.
I love the way you incorporated the stars with the blouse, and how the color slightly bleeds onto the skin. That gives it a very ethereal look to it. I say it's a five star work!
