Lucky for Sonic, Dany, he could maintain control of himself when he was a Werehog whilst, until Dragon Ball GT, Goku couldn't control himself when he was in his Great Ape/Oozaru form. XD

Dragon Ball GT did have emotional scenes, particularity for the last episode where I cried because it was also the conclusion of the Dragon Ball animes (excluding Dragon Ball Kai as it is created to celebrate Dragon Ball Z's 20th anniversary with the fillers removed, thus making it closer to the manga).

It's said that the fillers help get to know the other characters a lot more and for the driving school part, it was mostly funny that Piccolo was forced to wear street clothes!

haha yeah and true the fillers are made not only enlarge the series but also to show what a manga canΒ΄t like with 19 pages for month i doubt that characters can have all that freedom as on an anime

That's true as creators of mangas don't want the anime adaptations to be ahead. Also, because of how the fillers are portrayed as, fans sometimes consider them to be non-canon.
