I don't know why your not doing the gears comic. The guys they got doing it now, there work looks quite scruffy not dissing them guys just my opinion. If you was doing the comics I would buy it, but no way I'm buying it now.

I think you're missing something though. Gears of War is all about grit and grime, and this looks kind of clean in my opinion. I using some more textures could really bring the spirit of the game to the page.
Eh, that's my ten cents though.

interesting observation
yeah, I had this imgae in my head for a while, but I wanted something different than the look you see in all GOW images... a piece more focused on composition, in order to achieve that I had to put textures and rendering for the background aside.
