Looks awesome, I think the b + w allows the slow exposure effect on the water to be the prominent element, otherwise I think the sky would have drawn my attention away (being sunset).

Fantastic capture. Interesting that you chose to convert a sunset image to b&w, since those are usually filled with wonderfully warm colors In any event, nicely done
