Done in the senshi doll maker I know it's supposed to be scraps but for some reason I can't figure out how to scrap it, I think you do it after it's submitted. XD Anyways this is my Otaku Senshi Sailor Cupcake.

Name: Penelope Micheals
Age: 14
Tranformation: Sweet sugar cupcake power!
Likes: Sweet food, Cats, Art work, dating sim games.
Dislikes: Real life boys (Until Yaten and even then), Slimey things, snakes

Senshi best friends: Rini/chibusa, Hotaru, Yaten <3

Profile: Penelope is a transfer student to the high school right as Rini and Hotaru are starting to enter, she is shy and quiet but always seems to be around to help them. Then one day she is attacked and while the Sailor scouts try to help her she discovers that she has powers of her own. The being who gives her her powers turns out to be Princess Kakuyu, and soon enough the Sailor Starlights show up again, and take up gaurdianship of her.
(This of course takes place after Stars)

I'm thinking about making some OC Senshi friends for her (a.k.a Amanda-san >_>)

But if anyone feels the need to draw her this can be used as a reference so...yeah... >_>
