Height: I wanna say he's 4'03", but I also think he could be 3'07" or 3'11".
Weight: Growing up. Got more ice on him. Say 75-100 lbs.? 100 lbs. might be too heavy, but...yeah.
Stats: WAY too high. Need to come down a bit.

I think the final evolution should be a mix between a mountain goat and a Japanese serow. But that's up to you to decide.

So will you make a serow Pokemon later? When I see the final evolution's design I will tell you if it will need serow features. For example a Japanese Serow has a mane of white fur , you can add icicles around the neck. Since your making it look like a yak too , You can put the horns of yak. As for the goat you can leave the face. As for body maybe a serow or a goat. Or you can leave the serow part for an evolution of absol or an entirely new pokemon , if you do make a serow Pokemon I guess it will start as a pure Ice type then it will become an Ice/Ground type.

Well done indeed! I feel this one is well developed from the first stage. The ice beard is hilarious XD
I sort of see the next stage being like a big horn sheep with bison facial traits.
I would also save that Species type for the final stage. But also call it the - Ice Horn Species (being that they are full developed)
I feel it is good to make this a mountain goat style in nature.

Interesting concept. Though the Ice horns look like blue rocks (A bit more of shininess and transparency would help), I like the design.
