Description character and title: Color refined rendition of Wacky Wolf from "Wacky Wolf & Spyshell"

Wacky Wolf was one of Hollywood’s respected television stars; being a protégé of Harry Hare (see Harry Hare: Best in the Biz) who was a recurring character in Harry’s Saturday morning show. But post 9/11 cutbacks in the ‘toon population forced Wacky to leave his studio and look for new work. But a chance encounter with a college student named Tracy, who later revealed as rookie agent Spyshell , an operative for the super-secretive intelligence agency GREY FALCON, led Wacky to reluctantly be recruited as a secret agent himself, with Spyshell as his partner.

Wacky is an upbeat, adventurous type, but is sometimes gets himself into trouble, leading him into perilous, yet zany situations. He is also critical of his new job’s procedures and protocols, trying to think of a way to fight evil and terrorism his own way, leading to disagreements with Spyshell, and all out frustration from his superior. Wacky always trusts his hidden sense of luck and his acting experience into help get him and Spyshell out of a pickle, unless his goofing-off gets to them first. His favorite hobby is playing marbles. His favorite food is baked roadkill(?)

Although Wacky has Hollywood acting experience, which helps in undercover missions, he has no combat or espionage skills, unless you considered whacking someone with a large mallet “combat experience”. He is seriously accident-prone, but has some hidden sense of dumb luck, which gets him and his partner Spyshell out of perilous predicaments. He is currently trained as a “grappler” (a secondary operative who assists the main agent when the mission called for rappelling and infiltration aspect by carrying grappling hooks and launchers) for Spyshell. As a ‘toon, he has the ability to store large items, artillery and other weapons inside his pockets, including a bazooka (!) He is rusty with his Karate training and speaks broken Chinese.

Ahh, I simply love this guy! He's got a real Looney Tunes vibe. I'm redesigning my characters at the moment while incorporating Chuck Jones' style into my own, so this dude is really helpful to see. He's a great character; simple yet effective design, and he seems pretty charismatic as well. I love him!

As a toon, can Wacky survive abuses that would normally kill a human like getting smashed by a falling safe?
