This is an last minute entry for Sonic Club Valentine contest. I didn't even know if I was going to enter or not and I may be too late! *Is the queen on procrastination*
So here is my favorite Sonic couple from the comic universe, Bunnie & Antoine.
I've been wanting to draw them for the longest. I kept the colors and design pretty simple here. Feb 14-15

Made minor change to Bunnie's eye masks, Ant's leg and fixed hands.
I plan on drawing more of these two in the future.

I kinda miss reading that comic. There was always so much drama going on there lol! I use to try to keep up with the current story lines by reading reviews that people would post up.

Yeah they had all kinds of drama but you read them for it (Sonic going out with three girls lol)

I really, really appreciate your using the classic comic characters. And I think their expressions are both in-character and adorable. But you need to watch your anatomy. The hands on the basket look flimsy and unrealistic. Look at how a real hand would clutch the handle of a basket. It's good to keep objects all around you so you can reference them while drawing.
The blue outlines are attractive and the colors really add an extra zing to this piece.
Over all, it's nice. But once you look deeper, there are flaws.

Have to agree with you about the hands. Drawing hands is something I always tend to struggle with. Usually I would try to look at example photos of hand poses or use my own hands as reference but in this case that didn't happen! This pic was a real rush job to beat the deadline! ^_^; Thank you for this critique & comment!

Drawing hands is something, I believe, as artist we all need to struggle with to remind us we have to try to be good.
I understand rush jobs to beat the deadlines, I'm always racing against those in life it seems. ^-^;;

Yes! As I was looking through the pictures entered for the valentines contest I found myself thinking "Wait? Where's Antoine and Bunny?!"
Sadly I had no time myself to make an entry for the contest, but you answered my prayers, they were not forgotten. <3

Okay that's awesome. Not like comics but still awesome. You might want to work on their eyes but other than that they look fine.

Yea look at any actual Sonic picture and you would see, that Bunnies eyes are more rounded I guess. [link] See what I mean. And her mask is not conected together it is two separt rings.
