Description Carwyn Dwight is an original character of the work in progress project of "Hearts Woven", a story created by winter-of-hearts . I have the pleasure of being partner in this project, being able to tranform Winter's great ideas into enjoyable characters and art.

Carwyn is an Adenydd, a race of winged humanoids specialized in war stuff and...wooo...magic! Winter has already made a wonderful description of this very interesting people so if you want to know how are they able to fly (wings are not enough, you know?), where do they live and how magic works, check his page and stay tuned: more more and a lot more of more is coming soon. That's what you call a "work in progress", right?
You find the description here (don't miss it!):
  Hearts Woven - of Adenydd
The Adenydd are a race of winged humanoids featured in my (work in progress) fantasy novel, Hearts Woven. I will introduce you to these wonderful characters without giving away too much - my goal is to be as spoiler-free as possible.
Let's start with the obvious - they can fly! Their wings are powerful enough to carry them over long distances, but the fact that they are feather-light helps.
Not convinced?!

OK - they are not as light as a duck-feather pillow. But they are certainly lighter than they look. This is possible because their bone structure is unique - it is made up of a calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate aerogel.
Aerogels are powerful but light. To help you understand what they are - consider toothpaste. You have heard of toothpaste, right? I'd be worried if you hadn't!
Toothpaste is a gel made up of a solid and a liquid (water). If you suck out the water and replace it with air you get an aerogel: a solid material having pockets f

"Hearts Woven" is an original novel written by winter-of-hearts . The story and the characters belongs to him (got it, people? Do not steal!). Luck got me and I was choosen to be part of this and other projects. Winter is inspiring and fun, with great wonderful worlds closed into his mind, and you know what? we are going to know them too!
Thx, Winter!

OHMYGOD how beautiful! I love how you did the wings, and how they frame the figure~
And can I just say, the way you draw humans is absolutely breathtaking?? The style aaaaaaa so lovely~
I'm still learning how to draw people and developing a style. I hope I can get to this level one day!

Thank you very much! I appreciate your comment, thank you thank you thank you! The key to learn how to draw is.. Draw! Every day, every time you can. Five minutes or three hours straight, it doesn't matter : just do it. Even when it looks like it's the "crap day" (it happens when you want to draw but you are capable to do only poop 💩) don't give up and go on. If you want some advice from a very unexpert artist like me, just ask: I'll do my best to help😉 p. S. Have you seen my contest? You can win a personal art by commenting my pieces. If you are interested, share it with your friends 😁

You are welcome!

Hahaha, I do. Well, 95% of the time. Every so often I'll forget, but even if it's just silly doodles or face/expression studies, I try very, very hard to draw something human-related every day. And if I do forget, I make up for it the next day by spending more time with it. Ahahaha, I totally understand and have experienced crap days. Too many times to count! It's so funny how you can draw so well one day and then the next it's all down the toilet. Like, why have I suddenly forgotten everything I've learned? And thank you for offering advice~ I think I'd like to ask if there were any specific tutorials or learning aids that have really helped you? I've been at it for a little over a year now and I guess I'm happy with the progress, but there are still some things that give me trouble. Mainly, the bottom half of the figure. (Like hips and legs - ARGH). And sometimes the shoulder girdle area when trying to do more advanced poses and stuff. I'm still very much a beginner when it comes to poses. Foreshortening...I just can't grasp it no matter how many tutorials or help guides I look at. Sorry for the block of text. XD And sorry for jumping all over you. XD You probably regret offering to give me advice now huh?

Ohhh I did not know! I will have to check it out and spread the word~♥

I do not regret my offer at all: I believe in helping people when I can, and this may be one chance to do something little but good. I'll send you a note with some advice and suggestion as soon as I will have time to sit down and think of a list of useful tips. "see" you later!
