Description
North strelkan light and heavy tank. Light tank is heavily inspired from French WWII Hotchkiss H35 cavalry tank and Heavy tank from French WWII Renault B1 Bis heavy tank.
I am quite satisfied from the general look of this sketch, when I will have time I will work on a coloured version.

those tanks were maybe good against other light tanks like pz III or pz 35t with small calibers but their tracks, lack of radios and poor weaponry made them poor tanksΒ anyway

Yeah, but a single Char B1 Bis managed to flatten an entire platoon of Panzer III's and Panzer IV's by smashing into them and shooting them point-blank with both the turret gun and the hull-mounted howitzer. How's that for traumatic to the Germans?

yeah i know But thy were not fit for the years after 1940. They were "heavy" (B1b) but less than KV1 or 2 and even those could not enforce an offensive. I think it was not so traumatic (except those in the destroyed pz) because they did not see the pz made for panzerkampf (tanks dogfights).

Very true. The French had more tanks in development (and some that would have been good if they had been completed and deployed in 1940), but lack of funding and military competence on the part of the commanders led to the inevitable. Plus, the Germans drove their vehicles through a tank-unfriendly area, which surprised everyone. As a general rule, tanks and thick forests without paved roads tend not to like each other. Slamming a Panzer III Ausf. L into a huge tree might actually knock the driver silly with very little harm done to the tree!
