It's Neist Point on the Isle of Skye, Scotland. 

I do actually name them by location but for some reason, DeviantArt keeps renaming some of my deviations back to their file names as it has done here...

I thought it was Scotland. I was there few years back, and as soon as I saw your photo I thought that place this beautiful had to be in Scotland...or Ireland.
