It's a week during which people write/draw, do stuffs in general
against Bullying.
Bullying itself is like, in school when everybody tease and trick the same person
over and over again. Like call them names, throw spitball and that kind of stuffs.

As people keeps making fun of you, you end up thinking of yourself pretty low.
