PLS check FULL screen to see the detailsAn evening i saw this blue sky with very white looking clouds (very unlikely in Indian Moonsoon).
One of which looked like a white bird..
So i photographed it against this dead tree. As i wanted to use it as a symbol of Calamity & the white DOVE as symbol of peace.. I hope i m able to show that peace is always prevailing...
This is not meant to b a landscape only shot...
Amazingly i was also able to get stars on a blue sky with a long exposure of 8 sec.

Beautiful photo! I like the shape and color of the clouds and the strange silhouette of the tree, but most of all I'm surprised you managed to capture the stars! I never did that... Can you tell me what setting you used for that?

Let me mention this was not an ordianry day sunset. The sky choose to b a bright blue inspite of the sun setting. Also the clouds were unbeiveably white that late. so the stars were visible..
I had to shoot about 3-4 shots to get the stars right. As a longer exposure than 8 seconds made the stars leave a trial. Also this image has been corrected for noise in NEAT images. The ISO is about 400. Hope that help else do not hesitate to ask more doubts.

amazingly clean shot ... I am surprised you got to see such a sky ...it must be away from city lights ofcourse.... where I live .I can't even see stars
