GRAECUS is the emperor of Seatopia, the oldest civilization on Earth at 3 million years old. They lived deep underground for ages, seeking protection from the equally ancient Kaiju they have come to call Megalon. About 1 million years ago, Lemuria sank into the sea after a massive earthquake, and its people waged war on Seatopia for eons, the battles between Megalon and the Lemurian god, Equulingua, shifting many times. Eventually, after the situation became too dire, the two governments signed a peace treaty and co-existed separately. As modern humanity developed, they wreaked havoc on the world, threatening Seatopia. After losing his beloved queen to one nuclear test, Graecus declared war on the surface world using Megalon, and even formed an alliance with the Vortaak and Nebulans. While the Lemurians avoided contact with humans, Graecus intended to punish the surface people indefinitely, but a new challenge presents itself when he comes across a woman that resembles his deceased wife.
