(A few things to note. This model has never been seen before. The reason I doubled it here is because besides the fin shape and stripe color, the two forms of Basculin look exactly the same. They're the same creature, just slightly different forms. Anyway, they are like a mis of bass and piranhas.)Name: Basculin

Nice job with both formes of Basculin.
Only thing you need to add is to give its Blue-Striped forme a more glaring look. I know you gave them fish eyes, but even if they’re nothing more than markings around it’s eyes it would help further distinguish it from its Red-Striped forme.

And I noticed you updated the Snivy line. Good job on fixing the snouts, but you didn’t make their eyes bigger like the vine snakes they’re all based on.

Oh, I'm still getting shit just from recoloring the blue striped Basculin from another site. So no more recycling for sure. The statement above made a valid excuse for this exception, but people still bitch.

Well tell them to fuck off. You gotta reuse and recolor Pokémon in the case of ones with multiple formes such as Basculin. There’s no other way to do it.
At this point, they’re just saying shit to get a reaction out of you. So just ignore it.

Seriously though, don’t listen to anything those nut jobs say in regards to reusing designs you make for formes that some Pokémon have. Because they have no idea what they’re talking about in this instance.
For example, say if you were to go and do all the formes of Arceus, (where the only thing that changes are its color due to all the types it can become). These idiots would then say you’re lazy for just reusing the same design over and over again. THAT’S THE WHOLE POINT! There’s nothing dramatic about Arceus’s forme changes, just that they’re all different colors. So I have no idea what the fuck they were expecting.

I wouldn’t even explain or acknowledge it, cuz then they know you’re still reacting to the shit they’re saying. Just don’t mention anything about them.
But if they persist, just tell them that if they got such a problem with how you design your Pokémon, that they should direct their complaints to me. I am the one telling you how to best design each of them and I will not tolerate them belittling your Pokémon work all because of the suggestions I’m making on how you design them.
