To those unfamiliar with this character, a little history.
The modern day version of Darna
I've been a fan of Mars Ravelo since I was a kid. I even, once upon a time, became friends with one of the actresses that portrayed this filipino superheroine in the movies.
This costume design was worn by the actress Gina Pareño in the movie "Darna and the Planetman" in 1969, so I could say that this is the Silver Age Darna.
