Put the imageres in a folder ( like documents) place the patch in the same folder, then patch it ( you can uncheck "backup" when you patch), then you can replace it with the original ( not forget to take ownership of the original before!!)

I also modded the fonts, now it's Helvetica 55 Roman with GDIPP
