So, I haven't read the original comic, but this part in the movie was completely beastly and utterly freaky. I'm loving the drippy tar on his feet.

I used to dream of working in comics. Even wrote and drew a few issues when I was but a wee lad. Never did learn to figure draw to my liking, though. Can ink like a champ, but damn, I wish I could draw people well. Guess I'll have to knuckle down and give it a try.

and i can say you got the eye from the photos you have taken

Hell yeah, I'd love to give that a try sometime. I've been wanting to do alot. . .and I mean A LOT of fan art. I happen to look just like Kevin Matchstick, so naturally, I'll be doing some cosplay/stock photos to use for my own reference. I'm also developing a comic/graphic novel idea, a dream I've had since I was 9.
I've got a bunch of ideas (the Question, the Shadow, lots of Doc Savage. I was actually all set to attend MICA back in the day on a scholarship . . . but fate (in the guise of a jealous woman) kind of ruined that for me (a long story, but they managed to blow my portfolio review and make my life hell until I missed out on it, but whatever). One day, I may just go back and take a refresher course, and concentrate on refining my figure drawing and illustration skills.
Yes, it does feel good to work the fingers and the brain, something that has even more relevance to me, as I'm still recovering from a near-fatal auto accident that put a hiatus on many things, from my artwork to my martial arts training, to being able to support myself.
Definitely appreciate the nice comments. Positive energy was definitely needed in my neck of the woods.

but i am sure you will get around the obstacles if not thru them and manage the things you wanna achieve in life.

Thanks for the well wishes. I'd feel a lot more confident about the healing factor, as well as recovering from the other various slings and arrows, if I was twenty years younger.
The little model, Danika, isn't mine. I wish she was though, because she is a darling to be around. I don't get to see her as often as I'd like, so I try to get in a lot of pictures when I can.
The Doc Savage pic is ancient, though. I drew it when I was a much younger person. If I can find time, in between trying to find a means of supporting myself, I would love to get back to drawing simply for art's sake, and for pleasure. I do miss that.
