Description EDIT: I fixed some things. Added some highlights, made her chin smaller and changed overall colors just a bit : ) I seriously can't wait to color my hair now

Just a little painting practice before I start drawing my part of art-trade with ~romanesca

This is the first nose I've drawn in my entire life that I'm actually satisfied with XD Mouth are the same story and it's all thanks to my dad
He sorta entered my room without any warning (again! -.-) and criticized my drawing... at first I was so down as usual ._. but then he said something and sorta enlightened me XD And no, he doesn't have superpowers XD

SO I matured just a little more with my drawings \(^o^)/

Also, I've been listening Girls' Generation and that's where the title came from....

I think that Aiden turned out little bit more badass for her character then I wanted to but meh I like it anyway. ^^

Amaaaaazzing job with the hair! . . . makes me miss the auburn color I dyed mine last year.

Oh, and I love the contrast between her eye color and hair color. The nose and mouth turned out amazing as well. :'DD

My parents criticize my drawings too. Sometimes it's a bit like, "lolwhut? Umm, okay," but the majority of the time it can be a really great thing. Especially if they're being serious about it. It's always good to get insight from other people.

I did pretty much the same thing as Darksin13 did - *LE GASP* when I saw the thumbnail, and even more when I saw the fullview! That eye is just yummie! And her hair, and the fur... ;>

I used Paint tool SAI and default airbrush tool and water tool in it. And for the fur I used photoshop CS5 brushes that I made myself ^^

Oh my, that sounds like a lot of work then, what captivated me well is the hair part, how did you make it so naturally? I wanna stray away from dark lines now and want to be more downright awesome like you.

Well basically it's not that much when you get used to it ^^
First you draw just masses of hair like this: [link] (good thing that I have few WIPs on my blog otherwise I wouldn't be able to explain this XD) and then you just take few shades of which color is your hair and follow the hair flow. [link] here I started doing that on her right side I also use some effects like 'levels' and add more saturation to add more depth... those help a lot but I can't really explain it because I always use them differently
