Nice work - my tip would be to hold the paper up to the light so you can see the picture from behind, or turn it upside down. This helps you to see errors, like the right hand side of the top of his hat here not being quite far enough across to accommodate his head... (maybe it was a highlight in the reference pic?)
You definitely caught his expression though, and feeling is way more important than "accuracy".

that is quite legendary - the only thing i could say is maybe the eyes need a bit less, something, althoug i imagine thats how it is in the photo too - otherwise, hell yeah

Thanks for that, the eyes were a bit dodgy, the scanner sucked a lot of the dark out of most of the picture, but thanks for the comment every bit of advise needed
