Ikr? might do so. Since the base works really well. It's got a relatively good size, even a jacket and kimono bottom. So it's rather simple to edit.
Plan to do at least his palm attack, that dragon technique and if possible that bankai technique.
And yessir! Ms paint, but not the newest versions (while overall they're better, it's not as good to work with sprites than the classic one) besides if I want to do layers and stuff I'll use Paint.NET or Photoshop. ^^
