But that armor is in the game. You just have to find the right schematics to craft it.
Prowler mail or Hunter mail with Hunter mail arms comes very close, the only difference is he has a gauntlet on his left hand. I think there is one arm schematic with the gauntlet under the sleeve to (can't remember the name tho).
Anyway, wonderful sketch! I adore Cole, he's such a sweetheart

You can find something similar but the actual armor I referenced isn't in the game.

OH MY GOD! IM BRILLIANT! If there was theme songs for love interests in DA: Inquisition, and Cole was a Romance option (Why is he not Bioware!) His theme would be Endlessly By The Cab, specifically because of the line “Im no angle, Im just me” EEK

Very light stubble yes. His head textures were released and he actually has stubble. I thought it was interesting so I decided to add it to my art of him xD
