No one knows how old Tenzin will be, I think he's probably around middle age and Katara is probably 85+ around this time (who knows how many kids Katara and Aang had). The creaters have said there will be teenage romance in Korra, so I'd imagine that Korra would be with one of Tenzin's children, if this were to happen.
