I am the "Producer" for this indie band (read: a couple of Highschool kids) and I was wondering if it would be ok for us to use this font? We plan on distributing the entire album under a Creative Commons By-NC (I think that's what we've agreed on... either that or CC By) license, and will be uploaded to every file sharing site we know of
So as long as we don't sell CDs (money is going to come from gigs) is this all fine with you?
