I am not sure what you mean? Landscape orientation instead of portrait, and a fisheye lense to make the horizon into a curve?
I don't know how that would look like, but it would not be possible to make the sky look like this 'cause you can't put a filter on the fisheye...

well, Travels Over Seascapes is landscape oriented, and is shot on the same location at the same time.
