My shoulders were great my sides hurt like crazy. You will handle it no problem. Make sure to let me know when they are done I would love to see them..

isn't it a banknsy print? if so then you could never have seen anyone else with it then pick it to find out many people have it already, it's the risk you run when you get things from popular sources. it's like picking spiderman finding the best pic you can of him and being shocked when someone else has the same one if it's good there's a chance someone else will see it and go oo that would make a good tattoo. or a band logo. as for pathetic the amount of people we get in who bring a tattoo mag or a picture of a celebrity and go i want this one and we get them to let us re-draw it so it's different. you always go why would you want something someone els has and they just say 'because i like it.' all you can do with these things is tattoo them the best you can. but i'd agree the one you've done is better placed, and i love the red with it, it's a shed load bigger so you can get more detail in it, but i prefer yours.
the ear, that must have been a nightmare to do, alll squidgey and the buzzing must have been realy loud for her! lol! eeewwww, i can see hair getting stuck to it as well. nice design wise, pretty.

i'm pretty sure that design started on a t-shirt at threadless.com and spread from there. i've seen a lot of tattoos of it...i just bought the shirt. anyways, i do like the red in yours a lot better.
