Tah-daah! Six hours each day for 4 days listening to Exodus, Slayer, Ensiferum and Sepultura, learning Photoshop. I fucking love the results!

Many thanks to for his awesome tutorials (check out his gallery for them. Brilliant work) without which this would not have been possible. Those tutorials pretty much single-handedly taught me how to use Photoshop for more than abstracts and lens flares.

This is my very first photo-manip. In the end it used about 30+ layers, including overlays (again check out conzpiracy's tutorials). I love how the whole thing turned out. I fucking love it. The eye especially. So much so that it's my new avatar

You can see a fair few of my tools, instruments and weapons in this picture. The Kopis on the right arm, the distorted Kukri on the fingers, the scalpel on the thumb, the bridge and volume controls of my guitar, etc.

But yeah, thanks everyone who gave me the inspiration for this peice. I went into it with the idea of making this as detailed and PSYCHOTIC as possible. I guess it's a good approach to have
