Another addition to my Human Nature series. Once again depicting the interplay between the human element and nature and their delicate (and often neglected) coexistence.
More to come in the series, but I have to get my grad school apps outa the way first.

Hi cyKoe, I have just seen your page while looking for a pic to represent the intertwined relationship of human presence in the world for a front cover of my dissertation work on the Anthropocene, which is a proposal for a new geological epoch where humans are the dominant driving force of the planet. The pic you have done here it's incredible and I would like to know if you allow me to use it for the front cover of my dissertation, because it conveys a powerful message of human presence on the Earth while also representing that humans are not separated from nature but rather the same thing.
If you allow me to use that pic, please let me know asap, since I have to print it tomorrow Sept 4th. Of course I will make sure to print it with the credit of your authorship and if you are interested I would be happy to share the document of the dissertation with you.

The roughness of the tree seems to keep the theme going in the vein captured by that beautiful light source. <3 What witty idea! The title totally goes too. XD

Thank you...as much as I would like to take credit for planning it that way, i didnt, I was just lucky enuff to notice that it would work well once I started on the piece

XD As I've heard, FLUKE and LUCK is a skill too in an artist, so you did awesome.
I just realized once I commented and faved it, the monochrome work really well with each other and the 'white' of the sky really balances the pale hands and the dark tree with the ground and so forth. What an enlightenment.
