Description Hah..... ok I KNOW I promissed no more Sailor Moon.... and I KNOW this is WAAAAAAAAY too late.... bu...but....but its for my SM clubs T.T

Plus it's still winter and the cold....kinda inspired me... XDD

I usually don't like original outfits on SM characters, but I think this one really sticks, and it feels like something Naoko would draw.

The sleeves are a little camp, but the decision to use feathers is spot on, given the amount they are featured in other costumes.

Ooh, also, I know this is just a scrap, but you ever get a chance, consider going back and replace the spray paint with a nice "glowy" effect. The deep blue and the "snow" as well as the actual ground are really cute though, and I love the tiny glowy snowflake in her hand.
