Seargent Stedinko Hated Both Chip And His Friend Private Magilicutty Believing They Would Amount To Nothing Given Their Joking Nature. But When They Did Become Heroes In The Army He Was Furious. When They Were Honored As Vets During The Spearuby Hills Fourth Of July Celebration He Wanted Revenge. So He Took An Uncle Sam Costume And Made A Zombie Version To Terrorize The Guests And Chip And Private Magilicutty Using Fire Works But Was Foiled By Chip's Son Butch And His Wife Mina Higginson And His Friends Alyssa Kim Victor And Wendi. He Revealed He Also Was Resonsible For His Plane Crashing A Long Time Ago Which Caused Him To Be Separated From His Son And Wife Until Butch's Wedding With Mina During A Caper The Mystery Gang Solved With Him That Chip Later Saved Him In. Upon Learning This Butch Kicked Seargent Stedinko In The Groin Causing His Voice To Go High.
