Kurosakura (Volks SD17 F-30) - An Angel with One Wing can never reach HeavenHe is based a bit on Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII. He's long since become an original character, but I still like to tip my hat to his origins sometimes. Hence the One Wing!

A friend made it especially for me as part of a trade! She builds a skeleton from wire and craft foam, and then wires in the main feathers and hand-glues all of the rest into place. The results are creepily realistic and posable. Usually she does full wing sets for these types of dolls, so the one wing was a bit of a challenge.
