Technical question: how do you map out the concentric contours in the dark purple? I assume it involves a compass, but how do you measure them out?
Symbolic question: where does the alien come from? why do you use it as a centerpiece so often? What does it mean to you? I used to use aliens in my drawings a lot, and I am curious as to how you came upon the motif.

1st answer... everything i do is absolutley freehand.
second answer, on "eveolution" i often use the alien as a totem (dont know if that makes sense) to illustrate where evolution can take us. i dont believe we will become aliens but i revere aliens always as being advanced. centre piece wise these color drawings only started popping up bout a month ago.
all i ever used to draw is black and white cartoons and strips, after drawing my forst colour piece trippin (ill try get that pic on sometime) ive just been pumping out trippy colour pics, im still trying to develope a style which incorporates all the different drawing styles i ever studdied, so hopefully we will c a progression within my gallery.
