I imagine this hunk of flesh and feathers flapping furiously, it's feet a mere foot above the ground as it's stare attemps to pierce a hole in the souls of it's foes...
the adventurer, however is too confused by the sight of such clumsy beast attempting flight that they forgot to feel afraid.
