The outlines have been made well. I like how they are blended with the colouring by making them a darker shade of the colour it contains.
Shading has been done quite nicely. I just feel as if it has been added for the sake of it (lol?). I only say that because for some if it, light and dark are right next to each other, feels like a brightness contradiction. Not all of it is that way, such as the arms and face. The shading which goes out of the.. what is correct word... lol not sure, though where there are loads of dark lines coming out of the top of her head. It looks quite untidy.
Just some things I should point out. I think there should be a collar to her clothing. Course I won't question sonic logic (lol? again), though it should give an idea how they got the clothing on. Also I think she would feel quite uncomfortable with how her left leg looks bent like that.

The point of the lines is to make it look more like hair/fur. I hate it when there's an area of just one color and no shading, so I use that to cover it up~ ^7^
I still don't know what you mean by collar...she never had one in her ref anyway....I like to add necks to my drawings...>A>;
And bent? I tried to make it more facing inwards, but now that I look at it...it looks kind of strange too....>-o

What I mean by collar is, well. You know how clothing have holes which your arms, head and body use to actually put tops, shirts, Etc on, the collar being where the head comes out. Just at the minute, it looks like it is part of her skin. (lol?)

this is cute. suggestion: the "ya" fingers could be outline more clearly to show the character's action, and make it more delicate too (it's kinda edgy) otherwise the other parts are pretty ok/good.
